Linx Homechoice
Welcome to Linx Homechoice, the new way to rent property using the Choice Based Lettings Scheme (CBL). This is the 'Choice' approach allowing the applicant the opportunity to choose the property they would like from the vacancies advertised.
Currently this scheme is being used for properties for let to the New Linx Transfer and Waiting List. Properties available to Local Authority applicants are unaffected at present.
The New Linx Housing Trust Mission is To Provide a Caring and Comprehensive Response to all the Housing Needs of the Communities we serve.
Registered customers can choose from properties available each fortnight.
Linx Homechoice is a service provided on behalf of New Linx Housing Trust a Registered Social Landlord, based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
Use this website to:
- Browse properties available to rent from New Linx Housing Trust.
- View the dates when bid cycles open and close.
- Register on the New Linx Housing Trust Choice Based Lettings Waiting/Transfer List. Your application must meet the company's criteria to join the list.
- View available properties and Apply Online for as many properties as you like as long as you can match what the advert asks for. You must first register to bid online. To learn how to register, follow this link .
